Riding Shotgun as a UPS 'Jumper'

For one day, brown had to be my color. I suited up in UPS apparel and rode as a holiday jumper to learn how the delivery company gets packages to our houses on time during the holiday crush.

It's not easy, as we report here in WSJ - dogs, chatty seniors, icy front stoops (did you forget to shovel?) and nosy kids all make it quite a production.
